Return Policy:

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with our product. You have the option of returning within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that returns must be unused, in the same condition of receiving and in the original packaging.

Are There Any Charges On Returns?

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once we have received the item from you, we will need 2-3 business days for our warehouse to assess the item. Once this has been done we will put the refund in motion and you will receive a notification email. 

Replacement/Refunds Policy:

At HookBike, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a products quality issue: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@hookbike.com within 20 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item. If your claim is approved, we can issue a refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within:

  • Paypal: 5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 10-15 business days later, depending upon the bank.
